Terms and Conditions

This website is operated by Vanior Diamonds Australia (“Vanior”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Shipping Information, Returns & Exchanges and Privacy Policy.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. The GST amount is shown at checkout and on your tax invoice. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.

We ship to selected international destinations. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping charges. See Shipping Information for details.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and accept payment. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid) if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or description error, or if we cannot verify payment or delivery details.

We take care to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately. Images may be enlarged to show detail and colours can vary between screens. Carat weights, measurements and metal weights may vary slightly because stones and handcrafted pieces are not always identical.

Custom, personalised, resized, engraved or made-to-order pieces are created to your specifications. Design, price and production time are confirmed with you before work begins. These pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Change-of-mind returns are handled under our Returns & Exchanges policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website, including designs, images, text and logos, belongs to Vanior or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding the price paid.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
